How much will shipping cost?
We currently have a special for free shipping on any order over $100.00. Any other orders have a $10.00 shipping charge.
How long does it take to ship an order?
Once we receive the order we usually ship each order within 5 business days.
Was my order received?
You will receive a confirmation email notifying you that Ezentials received your order. Please print a copy of this email and keep it in your records until your parcel has arrived.
What is your return policy?
Unopened products may be returned within 14 days for a full refund.
Do I have to keep my receipt?
Yes, once you proceed through the checkout and process your order, please print and retain a copy of the receipt in your files. When you receive your package it will contain a packing slip but NOT an order receipt.
Will my product arrive in one parcel?
Typically it will - unless the order is very large.
Will I be informed if my products will be arriving in separate parcels?
Yes, you will be contacted by Ezentials if your products will be arriving in separate parcels.
How will my order be shipped?
We only use nationally recognized and trusted carriers to ensure quick and professional treatment of your orders. Carriers will vary depending on the items purchased.
Will I be informed of any backorders?
Yes, you will be contacted by Ezentials if an item you have requested is on backorder.
What currency are the prices listed in?
All items on Ezentials are listed in Canadian funds.
Can I order from Ezentials if I live outside Canada?
Yes you can, but we would need you to place your order by phone. At this time, orders from outside of Canada (including the United States) cannot be processed through our online store. Please give us a call at (705) 969-0043.
